CAPOEIRA is Fun! Capoeira is musical ! The Free Class on Thursday brought out over 20 students to stretch, sweat, move, Jenga, Cartwheel, kick and dance across the room! We are definitely bringing Pitta and Aileen back for a four-week workshop. Look forward to upcoming Capoeira Classes here at the school and be sure to check out the fun and fitness that ensues.
