Activity and Event Updates - No Chalk Art, Outdoor Movie on September 8th, etc...

Due to the weather forecast, the Outdoor Movie, which is still to be determined, is now scheduled for Wednesday, September 8th at sunset on the Basketball Court. This will include popcorn, beverages and a ton of fun!

If you'd like to suggest a film for the Outdoor Movie, please email me ASAP because we need a final choice this week: bhuggins@aii.edu

And another activity update: The Chalk Art Competition that corresponds with the First Thursday Art Walk on 2nd has been replaced by the Ping Pong Palooza in the North Campus Student Lounge. This contest will include prizes for: Top Ping Pong Team ($100 AiS Bookstore/Cafe Giftcard), Most creative players team (some random but cool whacky prizes) and the best TEam Costume (some weird but rewarding costume items). Each Team must be only two player and must sign up by the event to get on the competition roster. YOu can sign up in the Student Lounge, in the Student Activity Center or by email me and putting "Ping Pong" in the subject line. I need your team members, your team name and contact information. Then start putting together a costume and/or theme and get ready for the Ping Pong Meltdown of the century!

As well, we're looking for Emerging Leaders Program Nominations for Fall Quarter, so if you're interested let me know and I can get you an application.
