Club Connector and Hope Heart Institute

The Club Connector was informative and fun yesterday with presentations and updates from over twenty student-run organizations. Students nibbled on Top Pot donuts and coffee and had a guest visit from Fianna Dickson of Hope Heart Institute introducing them to their annual guitar design fund-raising project. The Club Connector is always very informative and fun, so if you didn't make it to this one, plan to make to the next. For information about clubs and organizations or to get involved in the guitar design project, contact bhuggins@aii.edu

Club Connector TODAY in NC Student Lounge from 4:30pm - 6pm

Dear Students, we're holding the Quarterly Club Connector TODAY at 4:30pm in the North Campus Student Lounge. Clubs will be promoting their respective projects and goals and you'll have a chance to meet club leaders in person. As well, there will be donuts, coffee, networking, and other campus involvement information. Come learn about clubs, start a club, connect with student council or just come to snack and relax.

Week Two is Spirit Week!

Week Two is Spirit Week at AiS!

You can show your school spirit by getting all done up in Reds and Blacks! Many ways to take this color scheme, so don't be shy, get planning!

Come on by the Student Affairs front desk to share your costume and we'll enter you into the running for a couple of movie packages!

Wednesday is Club Connector at 4:30pm in the NC Student Lounge. Club Connector is an opportunity to come out and meet the clubs and organizations at the school, as well as mingle a bit and have some fun before or after your class.

Devin Rector, your Student Council Vice-President and a guest from the Hope Heart Institute are coming to sign-out guitars to be decorated and auctioned off to raise money for this great organization. If you've ever wanted to design your own rock-n-roll guitar, this is your chance. At Club Connnector you can get sign-up information and learn more.

And this Friday, Hope Heart is also hosting a wonderful fashion show for their cause. You can check out the show and get tickets at: http://internationalfashiontour.com/

You'll learn about other clubs leading fund-raisers as well, like the Interior Design Networking Group's Toys for Tots drive that you can contribute to as well.

So come on out and converse and connect at the Fall Quarter Club Connector, THIS Wednesday at 4:30pm in North Campus Student Lounge.

Here are a couple of Hope Heart guitars designed by students and faculty in 2007:
